In 2007, Rightstep implemented a project for implementing a corporate integrated management system based on the Infor SyteLine ERP v7 information system (with a built - in APS module), the main purpose of which was to provide synchronous (demand-other resources of the enterprise) and optimization planning, logistics, production and financial management. During the project, management was implemented using the system of the following main functions::
- sales management: planning sales, accepting customer orders based on production capabilities and inventory availability;
- manage service orders based on production capabilities and inventory availability;
- manage purchases and inventory of materials for the main production in accordance with current sales;
- planning of the main production and procurement activities, based on the APS planning algorithm, using the resource model of the "resource = team"level;
- accounting of the main production progress: formation of daily personal production tasks, daily accounting of working hours and accounting of equipment operation time. Accounting of components and materials issued for production under specific orders;
- direct production cost management with analysts: order, profit/cost centers;
- integration of Infor ERP SyteLine with the 1C accounting system "accounting" allowed to carry out management and fiscal accounting with a one-time (without duplication) input of information.
The project was successfully completed in 2008.
